Quality, Safety & Environment Policy 2008
Since its creation in 1992, S2i DEVILLERS has always accompanied its development with sustainable, efficient optimisation of its use of the available natural, human and financial resources.
Our strategic vision has been rewarded with an integral Quality, Safety & Environment (IMS QSE) certificate, with the following frames of reference:
- Standard ISO 9001: 2000
- Standard ISO 14001 : 2004
- Standard OHSAS 18001 : 1999
The continuity of the Integrated Management System (IMS) is guaranteed by the QSE service and all the process supervisors.

In the context of its total quality approach, S2I Devillers has obtained certification according to ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18 001.
The Integrated Management System includes sustained actions such as:
Safety :
- Creating safety awareness among personnel (Training, Weekly Safety Minute)
- Considerable investment in Individual Protection Equipment
Environment :
- Periodic inspection of filtration and dust-extraction systems
- Selective sorting of regular waste and hazardous waste (oil etc.)
- Soundproofing of buildings
- Control of accidental pollution
Quality :
- Design of in-house software to ensure the organisation's traceability and implementation to guarantee the process,
- Implementation of permanent self-inspections and regular inspections
- Considerable investment in measurement equipment
- Real-time monitoring of non-conformity deviations (Dantotsu method)

The trend indicators for these aims will be included in the Management Review. Our integrated management
system is a central aspect that allows us to respond to the expectations of our clients, of our
personnel, of our suppliers and, in more general terms, of our environment. This system is part of a
civil, responsible approach. Its effectiveness relies on the individual commitment of us all. |
