Training policy
The Group invests in its workers by means of an ongoing training policy adapted to the specific problems encountered in professional life.
The training programme scheduled for the entire financial year aims to continuously improve the individual and collective performance of our staff.
"First-line supervisor" training, offered to all the teams, has become a strong motivational factor, with the immediate effect of increasing the uptake of responsibility and allowing our employees greater independence. Internal training staff courses are offered throughout the year.
